James given sole custody of daughter

The day before he confirmed his breakup with fiancee Kat von D, reality-show star Jesse James was awarded sole custody of Sunny, his 7-year-old daughter with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder. "Jesse is very pleased with this decision," James' attorney, John R. Schilling, told Us magazine yesterdayWednesday. In its ruling Monday, an Orange County, Calif., family court also ordered that if Lindemulder -- a former adult-film star, ex-convict and recovering drug addict -- moves to Texas, where James lives, she must undergo inpatient drug rehab. Lindemulder's attorney did not respond to People magazine's request for comment.
