Jason Aldean, Brittany Kerr engaged, report says

Country singer Aldean reportedly engagedCountry singer Jason Aldean is engaged to former American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr, People magazine reports. A representative for Aldean, 37, confirmed that he had proposed to Kerr at the San Diego Zoo on Tuesday, during the West Coast leg of his "Burn It Down" tour. Aldean's new album, "Old Boots, New Dirt," is expected Oct. 7. Aldean filed for divorce from Jessica Ussery, his wife of 12 years, last year, after his affair with Kerr was made public. Aldean and Kerr made their public debut as a couple on the red carpet at the CMT Awards in June.
