McCarthy splits from football player beauJenny McCarthy says she has broken up with her boyfriend, Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher, after four months of dating. Chicago native McCarthy, 39, the 1994 Playboy Playmate of the Year, told People magazine Thursday that the two have "decided to turn our romance into an amazing friendship. I will continue to be the biggest cheerleader for him. Go, Bears!" McCarthy has a son, Evan, 10, with her ex-husband, actor-producer John MalloryAsher.
