Jessica Alba talks about HypnoBirthing

Pregnant Jessica Alba is going to use HypnoBirthing, which is fast becoming a trend among new moms who want to try a drug-free delivery. "It's basically my husband takes me through sort of a meditation," Alba, 30, told Ellen DeGeneres on her show Friday. "So he's, like, saying, 'You're relaxed and you're floating on clouds while you're going through labor and your contractions' . . . He just sort of does a guided meditation." Jessica's no novice -- she actually gave birth to daughter Honor, now 3, under hypnosis!

Jordan Ward, who appears on the third season of the hit MTV show "16 and Pregnant," is expecting her second baby with husband, Brian! Eighteen-year-old Jordan's twin sister Jessica Ward, who also appears on the show, has confirmed that the teen parents are expecting a baby girl to join big brother Noah, 17 months, in November. Jordan just shot the reunion special in March with Dr. Drew Pinsky, but he was asked not to mention her pregnancy.
