Jon Hamm, star of AMC's "Mad Men," has undergone a 30-day rehab treatment for alcohol abuse, the actor's representative told Variety on Tuesday.
"With the support of his longtime partner, Jennifer Westfeldt, Jon Hamm recently completed treatment for his struggle with alcohol addiction," his rep told the publication. "They have asked for privacy and sensitivity going forward."
No further details were provided. The disclosure was first reported by TMZ.
Hamm, 44, plays troubled advertising executive Don Draper in the four-time Emmy Award-winning drama, which begins its seven-episode final run on April 5.
