Jonathan Rhys Meyers engaged to actress Mara Lane, report says

Irish actorJonathan Rhys Meyers, who starred as King Henry VIII in Showtime's 2007-10 series "The Tudors," reportedly is engaged to actress Mara Lane. E! News said Monday that Meyers, 37, and Lane, whose credits include cast roles in the Web series "Love Struck" and "Modern Music," have been together since January, adding that Lane displayed a diamond engagement ring at the 25th Annual KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas at The Forum in Inglewood, California, over the weekend. Meyers' representative did not return a Newsday request for confirmation.
