"We take every precaution to protect and insure the safety of Justin and his fans," Scott "Scooter" Braun said following a report by Albuquerque TV station KRQE of a thwarted scheme to kill Bieber and three others last month. The Associated Press said convicted killer Dana Martin was angry Bieber had not responded to his letters.
