Kelly Rowland, Tim Witherspoon engaged

Singer and "X Factor" judge Kelly Rowland has confirmed her rumored engagement to her manager, Tim Witherspoon, Newsday contributor Frank Lovece reports. "He put a ring on it," the former Destiny's Child member told Queen Latifah, quoting old bandmate Beyoncé's "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)" in a promotional video Tuesday for Wednesday's edition of rapper Latifah's talk show. Her and Witherspoon's relationship has been ongoing for "a while," Rowland, 32, said. "We've kept it very, very low -- for years, to be completely honest." He proposed, she revealed, via Skype.
