Kim Kardashian is no longer suing MediaTakeOut.com after the website apologized for claims that she had faked her Paris robbery, according to Us Magazine. The reality star filed a notice of voluntary dismissal of the lawsuit — without prejudice — on Monday.

On Oct. 14, MediaTakeOut.com issued an apology for its claims that Kardashian, who was robbed of more than $10 million in jewels by five gunmen at her private residence in Paris on Oct. 3, had faked the entire incident and was trying to commit insurance fraud. In the apology, the website stated: “We are now confident and without a doubt believe that Kim Kardashian was robbed as was reported to the Paris police. Anyone who is still questioning it, is wrong.”
