Following her brief marriage to New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian has made a charitable donation in lieu of returning wedding gifts. In a letter from Kardashian, obtained by TMZ, the reality-TV star wrote that the money for every wedding gift the couple received has been donated to the Dream Foundation. The Santa Barbara, Calif.-based foundation grants wishes to terminally ill adults with a life expectancy of one year or less. Us Weekly said Kardashian wrote a check to the foundation worth double the estimated $100,000 value of her gifts. However, Humphries has told friends Kardashian should have returned the gifts in addition to making a charitable contribution, TMZ reported.
