Gaga tops 'Best-Paid' celeb list Lady Gaga, 25, tops Forbes' annual list of the "Best-Paid Celebrities Under 30," grossing a cool $90 million last year, E! Online reports. That figure is based on her cuts of the $170 million her Monster's Ball tour earned from 137 shows in 22 countries, and the 15 million albums she sold worldwide during this past year. (But doesn't count sales of "Born This Way," which came out last month). Justin Bieber, 17, was second ($53 million), the youngest person on the list. Third place went to Miami Heat star LeBron James, 26 ($48 million).
