Television actress Kathryn Erbe says she got a "very bad feeling" from an accused stalker when he approached her on location.

The star of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" testified Wednesday in Brooklyn at the federal trial of Charles Nagel. The Philadelphia man has pleaded not guilty to interstate stalking.

The defense says Nagel merely went to a public place seeking autographs and photos.

Erbe says she also fended off a hug from Nagel.

The actress has starred for nine seasons as Detective Alexandra Eames on the crime series.
