Lindsay Lohan could face jail time, report says

Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to attend a probation hearing after it was reported that the actress had only attended 10 of 13 alcohol education classes imposed after a 2007 drunken driving charge, according to a report on MSNBC.com.

The report, citing judicial sources, said Lohan's "progress review" could result in jail time if Judge Marsha Revel finds that Lohan has failed to comply with the order to attend classes. Revel gave Lohan another year of probation in October and warned her to take the alcohol program more seriously, the report said.

Court documents obtained by TMZ.com, however, reveal that Lohan's attitude was "positive and receptive to ideas regarding lifestyle changes," according to those running the alcohol education program.

Lohan has been in France for the Cannes Film Festival this week. Her return to Los Angeles could be delayed by the Icelandic ash clouds that have once again affected air travel in Europe, the report said.
