Lindsay Lohan is done with supervised probation, Judge Stephanie Sautner announced in court Thursday.

"Probation terminates today. Now," Sautner said of the actress' probation on a 2007 drunken driving case, eliminating the need for Lohan to appear in court or report to a probation officer.

The 25-year-old actress remains on informal probation for taking a $2,500 necklace without permission last year, but the immediate threat of jail or further punishment is over for the starlet.

Lohan and her lawyer, Shawn Holley, smiled at the news.

"She has done everything that this court has asked of her," Sautner said, referring to the community service Lohan completed at the county morgue.

The judge also noted that Lohan attended all her required psychotherapy sessions.

"You need to live your life in a more mature way," the judge advised Lohan. "Stop nightclubbing and focus on your work."

Lohan, wearing a blue blazer and black shirt with her hair up, addressed the judge next:

"I just want to say thank you, your honor, for being fair."

The judge took the opportunity to say goodbye to the actress, who has been under constant threat of jail for nearly two years.

"I dont expect to see you again," she told Lohan.
