Long Island TikTok influencers Alexandra Madison and Jon Bouffard, who had a stillbirth, say they are pregnant again

Long Island-based social media influencers Alexandra Madison and her husband, Jon Bouffard, have revealed they are expecting a child.

Madison, 33, and Bouffard, 38, have a joint TikTok account with about 2.6 million followers. On the platform, a video posted Sunday with more than 5 million views showed off Madison’s visibly pregnant figure. In the video, Madison is wearing a pale yellow dress and walks away from the camera, before turning to reveal her pregnancy. Then the couple is shown embracing, while Madison holds up ultrasound images.

The influencers have been open about their grief, following a stillbirth at 26 weeks last year.

"Following the loss of Leo, the thought of being pregnant again terrified me — and if I’m honest, it still does,” Madison wrote in the caption of another TikTok post Sunday.

She added, "While not a day goes by that I’m not grateful for this pregnancy, Jon and I are still navigating this journey with cautious optimism.”

Support and congratulations have flooded the posts' comments section. Several users wrote that they, too, had experienced pregnancy loss.

One TikTok user wrote: "We lost our first baby around the same time you did at 20 weeks. Watching you both navigate life and find the humor about the whole situation helped me and my husband process.”

The social media stars also have an Instagram following of a combined 4 million followers across their individual accounts.

On May 9, their scripted short film titled "Shower” premiered on YouTube, starring Bouffard and Madison. The spouses play a couple who recently lost a pregnancy, and Madison is confronted with whether to attend a friend’s baby shower.
