Jennifer Lopez has yet to say anything about her return to "American Idol" next season, and neither has Fox.

So Wednesday's declaration by "Idol" executive producer Nigel Lythgoe may be as official as it gets: During a radio interview on Ryan Seacrest's morning show, he announced that "I'm delighted to say that all three judges" will return to the show next season, referring to Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler and -- of course -- Lopez.

Earlier this summer, Lopez, by her own admission, had been fence-sitting on a return, while various reports suggested she was holding out for a pay boost.

However, she has also had other distractions, most notably her separation from husband Marc Anthony, announced mid-July.

The network's chief of entertainment, Kevin Reilly, told TV critics at last week's press tour to not even bother asking about the status of negotiations.

"I wanted to kick off with some ready-made headlines for you, like confirm Jennifer Lopez [but] no such luck there," he said.

There has been additional speculation that Lopez secured a $20 million payday for next season, or double Tyler's reported salary, causing a rift between the judges and the network.

But putting aside those millions, the 11th season begins in January and three familiar faces will be on board.
