'Malcolm in the Middle' star Frankie Muniz suffers second mini-stroke
Former "Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz, who turns 28 on Dec. 5, has suffered a second transient ischemic attack (TIA), colloquially called a mini-stroke, reports Newsday contributor Frank Lovece. "Almost a year to the day, I experienced another mini stroke," Muniz, now a drummer for the band Kingsfoil, tweeted. "Hopefully that will be the last. Miserable." Muniz, who lives in Phoenix with fiancee Elycia Turnbow, was taken to an ER last Nov. 30 after friends noticed he was having trouble speaking and understanding words.
