Man with scissors arrested at Miley Cyrus' house
Cyrus home intruderA man allegedly clutching scissors was arrested after police say he tried to force his way inside the Los Angeles home of Miley Cyrus, The Associated Press reports. Police said the man, not identified, claimed to be a friend of the Cyrus, 19. The singer-actress was not home.
