Miley Cyrus not engaged, she tweets

Despite displaying a jeweled ring on her wedding finger in a Twitter photo Thursday, and at Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night XVIII event in Phoenix, Ariz., Saturday, singer-actress Miley Cyrus says, "I'm not engaged."
Cyrus, 19, tweeted Monday following speculation that her actor beau, Liam Hemsworth, 22, had proposed.
"I've worn this same ring on this finger since November! People just wanna find something to tal[k] about! It's a topaz, people!"
