Minka Kelly dating Chris Evans, report says

Has Minka Kelly gone from The Captain to Captain America?

The former "Charlie's Angels" and "Friday Night Lights" TV star, who dated New York Yankees captain Derek Jeter from 2008 until last year, may have reunited with old flame Chris Evans, the star of "Captain America: The First Avenger," Us Weekly reported Tuesday.

Kelly, 32, and Evans, 31, who dated briefly in 2007, were seen together on Aug. 18 at one of the three Max and Dylans restaurants in Boston. The magazine said the two also saw the Broadway musical "The Book of Mormon" on Aug. 24. Evans was born in Boston, before growing up in nearby Framingham and Sudbury.

In addition to Jeter and Evans, Kelly -- who was named Esquire magazine's "Sexiest Woman Alive 2010" -- has also been linked to singer John Mayer, "Scrubs" star Donald Faison, her "Friday Night Lights" co-star Taylor Kitsch and, most recently, actor Wilmer Valderrama.

She reportedly met Jeter after the Yankees shortstop spotted her in a restaurant while he was lunching with his agent. Their three-year romance spawned marriage rumors, including a false claim that the two were planning a Nov. 5, 2010, wedding at Oheka Castle in Huntington. But in August 2011, just a month after Kelly attended the game where Jeter knocked his 3,000th career hit, the actress' representative said the two had broken up.

Evans had previously dated actress Jessica Biel, who appeared with him in the films "Cellular" (2004) and "London" (2005).
