Nicolas Cage and his fifth wife, Riko Shibata, have welcomed their first child together.

"Nicolas and Riko are happy to announce the birth of their daughter," their representative said Wednesday to People magazine, which said August Francesca Coppola Cage was born that day. (Cage is the nephew of famed film director Francis Ford Coppola.)

"Mother and daughter are doing fine," the rep added. "The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent" star, 58, married the Japan-born Shibata, 27, in Las Vegas on Feb. 16, 2021. Cage was married to actor Patricia Arquette from 1995 to 2001; Elvis Presley's daughter Lisa Marie Presley briefly in 2002 before separating that year and finalizing their divorce in 2004; Alice Kim from 2004 to 2016; and Erika Koike, in a dayslong marriage in 2019. All those unions ended in divorce.

Cage has son Weston, 31, from a relationship with model Kristina Fulton, and son Kal-el, 16, with Kim. His films include "Moonstruck" (1987), "Face/Off" (1997), "National Treasure” and its sequel (2004, 2007), "Adaptation" (2002), for which he was Oscar-nominated, and "Leaving Las Vegas" (1995), for which he won the best actor Academy Award.
