One Direction announces album release date

One Direction took to Twitter over the weekend to announce the band's third album title and release date, and we're already counting down the days.

The boys announced all the details with this tweet: "YES - 1D's 3rd album is MIDNIGHT MEMORIES & is out Nov 25th! AND you can pre-order Mon! 1DHQ x," the boys tweeted.

The album, available for preorder Monday, will include the hit "Best Song Ever."

Falls with grace

Actress Sofia Vergara and country star Carrie Underwood showed how to be graceful even after having a fall. Vergara had just been on a jewelry shopping spree in Beverly Hills on Thursday when she took a spill on the stairway leading to a Vietnamese restaurant. Not only was she smiling as her friend helped her get up, she then stopped to give a homeless man some money.

That night, Underwood was performing in Corpus Christi, Texas, when her heel got caught in her skirt and she fell. Later, she tweeted a photo of her foot in a soft cast. Underwood joked, "Good news, it's not broken . . . AND I got some new footwear!"
