Unlike the typical Hollywood film stars who these days show up late for their premieres and barely acknowledge fans, let alone the press assembled to publicize their movies -- Robert Pattinson was the people's prince in Manhattan at his "Water for Elephants" premiere. He arrived more than 70 minutes before the event and immediately walked to the back of the long line of fans where he spent an hour chatting, signing autographs and being photographed.
