Prince Harry's low-key life amid training
England's Prince Harry, a British Army Air Corps captain, arrived in the United States Thursday to complete Apache helicopter training at a Navy field and enjoyed some American hospitality the next day. The prince, 27, and seven military comrades visited McP's Irish Pub and Grill in Coronado, Calif., about two hours from Naval Air Facility El Centro, according to People magazine. Bar manager Ted Taylor told People: "He sat outside at a picnic table and ate a burger and beer," and proved "very personable. He was a nice guy, very low-key." The group then went to the Andaz Hotel in San Diego, where, a staffer tweeted: "He & his friends relaxed w/some drinks while watching rugby."
