REALITY REGIS. When Regis Philbin leaves "Live With Regis and Kelly" on Nov. 18, he may have to face reality -- or at least a reality show. The 80-year-old morning-show institution told "USA Today" he's shot a pilot for "This Week With Regis!," which would follow him around each week.

IN CRITICAL CONDITION.Sam Poueu, a fan favorite from the dieting competition "The Biggest Loser," is in critical condition in a San Francisco hospital after falling several stories from a building on Sept. 3, TMZ.com reports. The show's medical consultant, Dr. Robert Huizenga, told the site Poueu remains in the ICU but is getting better.

FINALES.Karl Sponholtz and Meg Caswell go up against each other in "HGTV Design Star" Monday night at 9. They'll be up against the last we'll see of Kate Gosselin for a while, as "Kate Plus 8" ends its run at the same time on TLC . . . "Big Brother" evicted Kalia Booker and Jordan Lloyd to set up the live, 90-minute finale Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. on CBS . . . and New York City dancers Team Illuminate, teen band Pop Lyfe, dance troupe Silhouettes and singer Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. are the finalists on NBC's "America's Got Talent," airing a live performance show Tuesday at 9 and a live two-hour finale Wednesday at 8.

RECAPS. "Bachelor Pad" evicted former "The Bachelor: Rome" bachelorette Erica Rose and Blake Julian from "The Bachelorette" season seven . . . Becky Ross was eliminated from "Project Runway" . . . and in a surprise this week, no one got thrown out of "Hell's Kitchen."
