REALITY CHECK
J.P. & ASHLEY'S MAINE EVENT. No, not their wedding -- Roslyn native J.P. Rosenbaum and last season's "Bachelorette" star Ashley Hebert will start planning for that in the new year, Rosenbaum tells Newsday. In the meantime they're spending their first holiday season together as an engaged couple.
"This was Ashley's last week of dental school," Rosenbaum says. "She finished up Wednesday. We spent Thanksgiving with my family. My mom and dad were smiling ear-to-ear to have us there along with my brother and his girlfriend."
Christmas was being spent with Hebert's folks in Madawaska, Maine. As for New Year's Eve, "We're going to be back in New York," Rosenbaum says. "There's a slight chance of Miami, since my brother is down there."
