Reese Witherspoon, who won an Oscar for "Walk the Line," walked the wedding line Saturday at her ranch in Ojai, Calif., as she wed talent agent Jim Toth of CAA, the firm that represents her.

The couple met in January 2010 and became engaged in December.

Among the attendees were film stars Tobey Maguire; Renée Zellweger; Robert Downey Jr. and his producer wife, Susan; Alyssa Milano and her own CAA-agent husband, David Bugliari; and Sean Penn with Scarlett Johansson, according to People magazine.

Witherspoon's children with first husband Ryan Phillippe -- Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7 -- were in the wedding party, said E! Online, which also noted Salma Hayek among the guests. Neither Phillippe nor Witherspoon's former beau, Jake Gyllenhaal, were in attendance.

Witherspoon's best friend, Heather Rosenfield, served as matron of honor, reported Us magazine, with young nieces of the star serving as flower girls.

The bride wore a Monique Lhuillier gown and marched down the aisle to the traditional "Here Comes the Bridge," said People. She wore her four-carat, Ashoka-cut diamond engagement ring, and the couple exchanged wedding bands designed by the jewelry company William Goldberg.

The groom entered accompanied by "Tennessee Waltz," a 1950 hit for Patti Page. Witherspoon was raised mostly in Nashville, Tenn.

Witherspoon bought the seven-acre property, Libbey Ranch, 90 miles north of Los Angeles, for $6.95 million in 2008.
