Report: Lohan facing felony theft charge

According to a report on TMZ.com, Lindsay Lohan's lawyer has been informed that the actress will face a felony charge in the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace from a California jewelry store.
Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, informed her of the charge on the phone Friday night, TMZ says.
Lohan will be charged as early as Monday. If convicted, she faces up to three years in prison, according to the report.
