Report: McGowan engaged to artist'Charmed" star Rose McGowan is engaged to artist Davey Detail, McGowan's rep told E! News. Detail is a member of the artist collective Cyrcle. The couple started dating last year. McGowan was once engaged to shock rocker Marilyn Manson, whom she broke up with in 2001 because of a "lifestyle difference," and Robert Rodriguez, who directed her in "Grindhouse." McGowan and Rodriguez split up in 2009.
