Following a tumultuous few days of court rulings, a missed flight and partying on the Riviera, Lindsay Lohan is finally expected to make it to court in Los Angeles.

Her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, said the 23-year-old actress is scheduled to return Saturday from Cannes, France, and to attend a Monday hearing about her probation on a 2007 DUI case, The Associated Press reports.

The "Mean Girls" and "Freaky Friday" star, who attended the Cannes Film Festival to promote her planned movie "Inferno," about adult-film star Linda Lovelace, had said a stolen passport prevented her from flying back to attend a long-scheduled Thursday-morning hearing.

Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, saying, "She should have made sure that she either didn't go to Cannes or if she went there, that she would be back two days before the hearing," issued a warrant for her arrest, with $100,000 bail.

The judge lifted the order after Lohan's business manager, Lou Taylor, wired the standard 10 percent cash amount to David Perez Bail Bonds, which posted bail at 2 p.m. Thursday, TMZ.com reports.

Lohan's mother, Dina, told Newsday that before the situation changed, Lindsay had planned to be in New York this weekend for her brother Michael Jr.'s college commencement.
