Sarah Hyland's restraining order against ex-boyfriend Matt Prokop made permanent

A Los Angeles judge Monday made permanent the restraining order granted Sept. 23 to "Modern Family" actress Sarah Hyland against ex-boyfriend Matt Prokop. Prokop, 24, must continue to stay 100 yards away from Hyland, her home and her dog, GossipCop.com reported, and also cannot own or possess a gun. According to court documents that Hyland, 23, filed last month, Prokop was both physically and verbally abusive for the bulk of their five-year relationship, which reportedly ended in August.
