"Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland and "Bachelorette" alum Wells Adams said "I do" over the weekend in Santa Barbara, California.
The couple, who got engaged in 2019, celebrated their nuptials at Sunstone Winery, according to People magazine. Guests included "Modern Family" cast members Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband, Justin Mikita; Sofía Vergara, who brought son Manolo as her date; Nolan Gould; and Julie Bowen.
Hyland, 31, and Adams, 38, had originally planned a 2020 wedding, but it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A further attempt in 2021 also was scuttled.
"We were supposed to get married obviously last year, that didn't happen," Adams told People in August 2021. "We were supposed to get married this year, that didn't happen.
"So now we are hoping next year, or we're gonna go to Vegas, or the courthouse, I don't know — well, we're not going to do those last two things, but I don't know. 2022 has got to be our year, right?!"
Earlier this month, the two made identical posts on their Instagram accounts, celebrating their apparent would-be wedding date: Aug. 8, 2020. "[Two] years of would be marriage bliss. I love you to Pluto and back," read the posts, which included black-and-white photos of the couple. "Let's make it official already."
Although the actor and the "Bacheor in Paradise" bartender had not publicly announced their wedding, Vergara shared several snaps from the weekend ceremony on her Instagram and Instagram Stories, the latter of which cycles out content after 24 hours.
Hyland and Wells, who met through social media, began dating in October 2017.
