Us Weekly said Wednesday that Oscar-winner Penn, 51 -- who reportedly dated Nemcova in February 2008 -- was seen holding hands with the Czech model at U2 frontman Bono's 52nd-birthday party at a Greenwich Village restaurant on May 10. Nemcova, 32, announced on April 11 that she and fiance, British actor Jamie Belman, had called off their engagement. Her previous fiance, Simon Atlee, was killed during the 2004 South Asian tsunami. Penn, who is divorced from actress Robin Wright, broke up with Scarlett Johansson in June 2011 after four months of dating.
