Singer Selena Gomez, who was widely reported to have entered a treatment facility last month after suffering an emotional breakdown, has left it refreshed and in good spirits, according to E! News Wednesday.

The entertainment-news outlet, citing an anonymous source, says Gomez, 26, who suffers from lupus and last year underwent a kidney transplant, will continue to be monitored by health professionals. The music star had learned in late September that her white-blood-cell count was disturbingly low, according to TMZ.com on Oct. 10, and she subsequently underwent two hospitalizations.

On the latter occasion she suffered a breakdown, TMZ said, and was admitted to a New York City psychiatric facility to receive dialectical behavior therapy, or DBT, a type of talk therapy that she has had previously. Gomez has not posted to social media since Oct. 9.
