Amanda Seyfried and Ryan Phillippe have amicably ended their seven-month relationship, for the second time. "There's no bad blood," a friend told Us magazine. "They're cool." The two met at Kate Hudson's Halloween party in October, and previously split in February. "It was mutual," another source told the magazine. "They were never fully committed," adding, "They were always on and off. They were always seeing other people."
