Shayne Lamas out of ICU after miscarriage

Hospitalized reality-TV star Shayne Lamas was released from intensive care Thursday following a miscarriage in which she lost her unborn son and nearly died herself, E! Online reports. "Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers," Lamas, 28, daughter of actor Lorenzo Lamas, said in a statement. "I've cried reading the expression of generosity and warmth from everyone. I'm out of ICU at Mission Viejo Hospital. I cannot thank the medical staff here enough for not giving up on me." She implored the public to "please donate blood. You can save a life like mine," and dedicated her statement "in loving memory of my son, Rex Jagger Lamas-Richie."
