Sheen reportedly close to settling lawsuit
That Charlie Sheen shout-out to the cast and crew of "Two and Half Men" on Sunday, in which he wished the show great success "from the bottom of my heart"? Both he and his heart are possibly sincere: He is close to a lucrative settlement of the $100-million lawsuit against producer Warner Bros. for firing him off the show earlier this year.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Sheen was close to a $25-million settlement. However, a spokesman for WBTV said Monday night, "There is no deal and we have no further comment."
