Simpson 'disappointed' with Mayer over spicy comments

Jessica Simpson is not pleased with John Mayer's spicy discussion of their sex life in his now-infamous Playboy interview.

"I don't want people to know how I am in bed!" she declared in an interview airing Wednesday on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," Us magazine reports.

Simpson summed up her feelings about Mayer's comments in one word - disappointment. "There's nothing worse than being disappointed in somebody," she said.

Asked if she was angry, Simpson, 29, said, "I'm not angry, I'm not angry. I'm . . . well, I'm a little bit angry . . . I'm a little bit angry."

The singer said her phone rang "off the hook" after Mayer's interview came out. "I guess it could have been a lot worse," she noted.

Simpson dated Mayer for about a year after her divorce from Nick Lachey in 2006. Mayer later apologized for his remarks.
