domestic-violence chargesThe Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department says Michael Lohan, father of actress Lindsay Lohan, was arrested Monday in West Hollywood, and charged with three domestic-violence felonies, Newsday contributor Frank Lovece reports. His bail was set at $200,000. While the report keeps the victim's name confidential, TMZ.com and RadarOnline.com each identified her as Lohan's former fiancee, Kate Major.
