Carnie Wilson's new weight-loss surgery

Carnie Wilson has undergone a second major weight-loss surgery, she told People magazine Wednesday, explaining that she had a lap-band procedure on Jan. 18. Wilson had gastric bypass surgery 12 years ago, resulting in a 150-pound reduction. "It was the right decision for me and I'm doing really well so far," she said of the latest round. Wilson, 43, has lost 30 pounds so far after the surgery, in which a silicone band is placed around the stomach to create a pouch the size of a golf ball.

Celebrity ex-wives to have their own TV series

Hollywood ex-wives surely have stories to tell, and now five of them will have their own TV series, The Associated Press reports. VH1 said it is making "Hollywood Exes," a one-hour series that will air this summer. Featured players are the ex-wives of Eddie Murphy, Prince, R. Kelly, Will Smith and Jose Canseco. The network said that Nicole Murphy, Jessica Canseco, Andrea Kelly, Sheree Fletcher (Smith's ex) and Mayte Garcia (Prince's ex) "want to show the world that they are more than just a trophy wife with a pretty face." The 10-episode series will follow the women as they establish their own lives apart from their famous exes.

Kendra gets new reality show

Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett will star in a new WE reality series, "Kendra on Top," says the Hollywood Reporter. The series, scheduled to premiere this summer, will focus on Wilkinson's life as a wife and mother as she considers having another child. The former Playboy model, who's married to ex-NFL player Hank Baskett, is best known for her two E! reality series, "The Girls Next Door" and its spinoff "Kendra." Meanwhile, WE is also adding a reality series that chronicles the daily doings of singer Cyndi Lauper.
