Lady Gaga and boyfriend have split

Lady Gaga and her boyfriend, "Vampire Diaries" star Taylor Kinney, have reportedly broken up. Us Weekly said Wednesday that the pop singer, 26, and Kinney, 30, are taking a break after 10 months of dating. In addition to any personal issues, Gaga recently launched her 110-show "Born This Way Ball" international tour and plans to record her next album concurrent with it, making it difficult to maintain a relationship, the magazine said.

Bassist Followill, girlfriend are engaged

Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill got engaged to his aspiring-model girlfriend Martha Patterson, E! News said Wednesday, confirming a report that first appeared on the site JustJared.com. A representative for Followill, 25, told E! the marriage proposal took place April 11. The two have been dating for only a few months. Caleb Followill, one of Jared's two older brothers in the quartet, is married to Victoria's Secret model Lily Aldridge, with whom he is expecting their first child this year.

Amber Riley OK after fainting

Amber Riley of "Glee" fainted on the red carpet at a TV Academy event celebrating her show Tuesday night in Los Angeles, Newsday's Leora Arnowitz reports. Riley, 26, who plays the soulful Mercedes on the Fox show, took to her Twitter account to explain the fall. "Hey guys, I'm okay," she wrote. "I got a little dizzy from all the photog flashes! You'd think [I'd] be used to it by now, still a red carpet amateur I guess. Gonna get checked out but I feel fine. Thank you for all the concern and well wishes." She also added that she was grateful to the surrounding photographers for helping her instead of snapping shots.
