Beverly Hills, 90210" actress and reality star Tori Spelling has had an emergency operation, after the birth of her and actor-husband DeanMcDermott's fourth child, Newsday's Frank Lovece reports. "Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section," her representative said in a statement Tuesday. "She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably." The birth of son Finn Davey on Aug. 30 marked Spelling's fourth Caesarean section.
