Tori Spelling is expecting her third child this fall with husband Dean McDermott, People magazine reports. Spelling took to her Twitter account yesterday to share the news with her fans. "I know there's been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me ... It's official ... Dean & I are PREGNANT!!!!," she tweeted. Spelling, 37, and McDermott, 44, are already parents to son Liam, 4, and daughter Stella, 2.
