R&B singer Usher reportedly has proposed to business partner Grace Miguel, his girlfriend since 2009. Us Weekly said it had confirmed an earlier report by media personality B. Scott at LoveBScott.com that the two were engaged. In late December, Miguel was photographed with Usher in Miami wearing what appeared to be a large engagement ring.
