Valentines Beckford, Shanina heat it up

Supermodel Tyson Beckford was forthcoming about his Valentine's Day celebration with his model girlfriend Shanina. "Valentine's Day kind of sucks for models," he said, because they're so tired. So Shanina, who walked in Nanette Lepore's show Wednesday and Oscar de la Renta the night before, was treated to a nice bath, a massage, you get the picture. So, is she "the" one -- as in is he going to marry her? "I'm pretty sure she is," he said. Boohoo.

Solange Knowles pumps it up

Singer-songwriter and now DJ Solange Knowles pumped up the music at the launch of designer Doo-Ri Chung's capsule collection for Impulse at Macy's Herald Square Wednesday night. Beyoncé's sis rocked a nude trench coat over a blue dress with yellow heels. Knowles and socialite Tinsley Mortimer stopped for pictures with the designer as models posed.

Calvin Klein show went on

It was high security at the Calvin Klein show Thursday after the powers got wind that the Occupy Wall Street people would be demonstrating. There wasn't a glimpse of them preshow. But on the way out, a handful of people assembled. "You're occupying the hell out of that outfit," shouted one to a fashionista. "Why thank you very much," she said politely. That's fashion for you.
