Bryan Singer, director of "X-Men: Days of Future Past," is expecting his first child, which was conceived with an actress who is a longtime friend. "I can confirm that Michelle Clunie and Bryan Singer are happily expecting a baby together in early 2015," Singer's representative told E! News. "Best friends for 25 years, mother and father are both very excited about the upcoming birth and look forward to co-parenting the child," adding that the two "have been planning this baby for years and have been trying for the last two." The news comes months after Singer was accused of sexually assaulting a teen, Michael Egan, in the late 1990s. The director denied the claims and Egan dropped his lawsuit against the director in late August. Clunie is known for her work on Showtime's "Queer as Folk" series.
