Brooke Mueller Sheen, who was in the intensive care unit with a fever of 105 degrees at a Los Angeles hospital Wednesday, has pneumonia in both lungs and an infection in her kidneys, People magazine reports.

"I talked to her doctor, and they are filling Brooke with antibiotics," Mueller Sheen's mother Moira Fiore told the magazine. "She waited too long to get her impacted wisdom tooth removed and the infection has spread all over. It is in her bloodstream."

Fiore said Sheen has been great. "Charlie has been to the hospital several times and is very concerned about Brooke," Fiore said.

A judge temporarily suspended a restraining order imposed after Sheen's domestic violence arrest on Christmas Day.

Sheen's rep told People that the "Two and a Half Men" star immediately drove to the hospital to see his wife when he found out she was ill.

"Charlie can have contact with his wife as long as she's in the hospital," rep Stan Rosenfield said.

Mueller Sheen's lawyer, Yale Galanter, said a decision will be made tomorrow regarding a hearing in Aspen, Colo., that Sheen and his wife were set to attend.

"Earlier reports on Brooke's health were different than they are now," Galanter said. "Doctors are concerned about the pneumonia and want to keep her in bed for several days. We will see what the judge wants to do."
