Dina Lohan admits Lindsay is an addict on 'Today'

Dina Lohan appeared on the "Today" show this morning and said that Lindsay is, "happy and relaxed" at her rehabilitation center in California. She finally admitted that her daughter is indeed an addict.

Lohan explained that Lindsay is in an amazing place and that she is realizing the seriousness of her addiction.  The way she makes it sound, this could be Lindsay's last time in rehab. She said that the young star is learning from her mistakes.
