Former cheerleader, 'Bachelor' winner arrested on DUI
Real estate agent Maribel "Mary" Delgado, 42, a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleader and winner of "The Bachelor" season six with Byron Velvick in 2004, was arrested on a DUI charge Thursday morning in Tampa, Fla., according to ABC affiliate WFTS-TV.
Delgado, who had also been a contestant on season four with Bob Guiney in 2003, previously has been in trouble with the law.
She was arrested in a Texas bar in 2008 for public drunkenness, and was charged with battery in Seminole, Fla., in 2007 after allegedly punching fiance Velvick. The two have since split up.
The station said Delgado refused a blood-alcohol test and was released on a $500 bond.
