Hollywood Life: Gwen Stefani gets personal during radio interview

The allegations that Gavin Rossdale cheated on Gwen Stefani with their nanny, Mindy Mann, are shocking. But, perhaps we should have seen it coming.

After all, Stefani, 46, might have revealed her accusations herself, as she possibly dropped the nanny drama bombshell during a recent interview. Stefani might have disclosed the affair allegations days before Us Weekly published a report Wednesday alleging Rossdale, 50, and Mann had an affair for three years.

While Stefani spoke with KIIS-FM DJ JoJo Wright on Monday, Us Weekly reports she said: "Everybody knows that my life blew up last February. I'd just been dealing with that."

She and Rossdale filed for divorce in August, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for ending their 13 years of marriage. The couple share sons Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 20 months.

Stefani credited writing new music with helping her through the tough times in her marriage earlier this year. She told Wright: "I just knew that I needed to write. Even the first day that I went into the studio, I didn't want to get out of bed."

"You know when you're so down that you just don't want to do anything? I went to the studio and I wrote a song," she said Monday. "And it wasn't just writing a song to a track or something. It was like sitting at a piano with a guy I didn't know and an engineer that's sitting there who I didn't know, and all this stuff is going down they didn't know."
